Consulting Models:

Model 1: Permanent Recruitment

We offer to find the right resource for you in a short time. We offer to arrange interviews at a convenient time and location for both you and prospective candidate. We ensure that the candidate is available to you as soon as possible after clearing the interview.

To give that extra assurance, we charge our professional fee of 8.33% of the gross annual salary of the candidate in the following manner:

• Half after fist month of service
• Half after confirmation of the service or 6 months whichever is earlier.
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of the manpower during the first month, we offer you a replacement without charging anything for the first candidate. In essence we are offering you a quality guarantee in our service. This is one of our differentiators.

Model 2: Contract Resource

We offer contract resources mainly on SAP ERP skill sets (R/3, ECC, Hana, Native Hana & S4 HANA), we are open to cater to your other technology oriented requirements as well. The rates vary depending on the skills set required.

We sign a contract with you where we are the company employing the resource & outsourcing them for you for a limited period of time. You have the win-win situation of having low overall overheads, availability of quality resources to take care of your project lifecycle need as much quantity as you want. We offer a quick ramp up for your projects.

This gives flexibility and scalability to meet your tight deliver schedule. This also gives you an extra assurance and shields you against attrition, obsolescence and dilemma of whether to take up large requirements or not without increasing overheads.

Model 3: Training

We offer training to your users, power users or consultants in the cutting technologies. The rates vary for skill sets required. Typically these are classroom and online system training where our experts come and share their expertise in applying technology to the business. This helps you to upgrade your in-house skills in your campus. The deliverables include hard and soft copy of training materials.

Model 4: Rollout Support

We offer rollout support on your ERP implementation. This could by way of augmenting your existing team for taking care of your requirement of creating master data, data uploads, data customization or manpower training.

This is turnkey model and is a blanket assignment with milestone payments.
