Swathi Business Solutions was founded by Arun Thiyagarajan in December’2000 & has sailed for about 2 decades till date. He owns a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science from Annamalai University, Chidambaram & Masters Degree in Business Administration specialized in the field of Marketing from the University of Madras.
He comes with an overall experience of 20 yrs in the consulting industry. Expertise includes Business Development & Client Relations, Resourcing, Corporate Training & Software Development activities both in the domestic & global market.
He was also instrumental in setting up of Swathi Business Solutions LLC in Atlanta, GA, USA in 2011.
He also heads an organization called IntegWrite Technologies a group company of Swathi Business Solutions, which focuses on Consulting in Technical Writing & Documentation projects, Social Media Audit & Workshops on various domains

- Sairam Nagarajan - Business Consultant with 25 plus years of extensive experience including 15+ years of US experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, PMO, Resource Management and Operations
- K. Raju an Attorney by profession functions as a Legal advisor with 25+ years experience in Industrial, & corporate sectors including obtaining international patterns
- S. Dubey a Techno-functional Consultant with 30+yrs of SAP domain expertise currently based at U.K.
