Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Linux/Unix Leadto manage and support enterprise-level infrastructure in a banking environment.

The candidate will be responsible for leading BAU operations, managing critical incidents, ensuring system stability, and driving automation and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Linux/Unix infrastructure operations (BAU support)
• Handle incident, problem, and change management as per SLA
• Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
• Ensure high availability and system performance tuning
• Manage user access, security hardening, and compliance requirements
• Work on monitoring tools and proactive issue resolution
• Coordinate with application, database, network, and security teams
• Drive automation using Shell scripting / Ansible.
• Support DR drills, backup/restore activities, and audit compliance
• Lead client communication and provide status updates and RCA reports
