Job Description:

• Must Have Experience on End‑to‑end HCM process understanding (Hire to Retire)

• Must Have Experience on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Absence – working knowledge

• Should have Experience on Talent modules – awareness

• Must Have Experience on any HCM / ERP system (SF / Oracle / PeopleSoft / similar)

• Should have Experience on Integration development experience (file or API based)

• Must Have Experience on building integrations from scratch

• Should have Experience on SQL for data analysis / validation

• Must Have Experience on Java/Python, Shell scripting – basic working knowledge

• Should have Experience on HR data & third‑party vendor integrations exposure

• Must Have Experience on Ability to analyze business requirements & propose solutions

• Should have Experience on Production support / AMS experience

• Must Have Experience on Issue analysis & resolution capability

• Should have Experience on Problem‑solving & independent working ability

• Must Have Experience on Willingness to learn new HCM tools & technologies

• Must Have Overall IT experience (5+ years)

• Must Have Communication skills (customer & stakeholder interaction)
