Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Payroll and integrating it with Paradox (Olivia AI) recruitment automation platform.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll configuration, integrations, data validation, and ensuring seamless automation between recruitment and payroll processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WORKDAY PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT
• Configure and implement Workday Payroll modules (US/Global Payroll as applicable)
• Configure earnings, deductions, tax authorities, and payroll calculations
• Manage payroll processing cycles, retro calculations, and year-end activities
• Perform payroll parallel testing and reconciliation
• Ensure statutory compliance and reporting
PARADOX INTEGRATION
• Integrate Paradox (Olivia AI) with Workday HCM & Payroll
• Configure APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware integrations
• Automate candidate-to-employee data flow into payroll
• Validate employee onboarding data for payroll accuracy
• Troubleshoot integration errors and monitor interface performance
INTEGRATIONS & DATA MANAGEMENT
• Develop and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
• Design inbound/outbound payroll interfaces
• Ensure data integrity between ATS, HCM, and Payroll
• Support third-party vendor integrations (banks, benefits providers, tax vendors)
COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
• Ensure payroll compliance with country-specific regulations
• Generate payroll reports and analytics dashboards
• Support audits and statutory submissions
STAKEHOLDER & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Work with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams
• Gather business requirements and translate into system configuration
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
• Conduct user training and documentation
