Job Description:
• The Senior Executive – Financial Portfolio will be responsible for managing and growing client investment portfolios, providing expert advice on equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial instruments. The role involves analyzing market trends, executing trades, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve financial objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT & ADVISORY
• Manage assigned client portfolios across equity, debt, mutual funds, and alternative investment products.
• Analyze clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and investment timelines to create tailored investment strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing strategies to optimize returns.
• Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic developments, and investment opportunities.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth and retail clients.
• Provide periodic portfolio performance reviews and investment insights.
• Address client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
TRADING & EXECUTION
• Execute buy/sell orders for equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other products as per client instructions.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal regulatory frameworks during trade execution.
REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
• Prepare detailed investment reports, performance summaries, and MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to KYC norms, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all client information.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CROSS-SELLING
• Identify opportunities to up sell /cross-sell financial products (insurance, PMS, mutual funds, etc.).
• Support business growth by acquiring new clients through referrals and networking.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• MBA (Finance) / CFA / NISM certifications preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
• 5–6 years of experience in portfolio management, brokerage, or wealth advisory roles.
• Proven track record of managing investment portfolios and client relationships.
SKILLS:
• Strong understanding of financial markets, equity/debt instruments, and trading platforms.
• Proficient in MS Excel, financial analytics, and portfolio management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness (SEBI, AMFI, NISM).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Portfolio return vs benchmark performance.
• Client acquisition and retention rate.
• Cross-selling / revenue contribution.
• Compliance and audit adherence.
