Job Description:
1. Technical Skills
• SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS):
o Certified in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
o 6-8 years of experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementations.
o Expertise in LMS Fund integration with S/4 Finance.
o Knowledge of OCN (Open Content Network) integration with platforms like LinkedIn and Udemy.
o Experience with gamification platforms integration into SuccessFactors LMS.
o Expertise in custom third-party integration using APIs or Integration Center.
o Experience in data migration (learning content, user history).
o Test case preparation and execution (test plans, scripts).
2. Responsibilities
• LMS Implementation & Configuration:
o Leading the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
o Translating business requirements into system configurations.
o Creating solution designs that follow best practices.
• System Integration:
o Handling LMS integration with financial systems (fund management).
o Troubleshooting and resolving integration and data accuracy issues.
• Client & Team Collaboration:
o Collaborating with HR, IT, and training teams to gather requirements.
o Working closely with clients to understand business needs and provide recommendations.
• Support & Training:
o Providing cutover, go-live support, and hyper-care.
o Conducting user training and offering ongoing support.
3. Additional Skills (Good to Have):
• Knowledge of modules like Career Development Planning and Performance Management.
• Understanding of JPB (Job Profile Builder) and Talent Intelligence Hub for competency-based learning.
