CERTIFICATION: SuccessFactors Certification is required within RCM/ONB (2.0), Performance, Talent Management, and LMS

Job Description:

• Experience in Implementing SF integrated with HCM

• Ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops

• Applicable Enhance the current process/ build or retune the current configuration

• Overall test the process and the changes will be moved to QAS for UAT and integration testing, finally, all the changes will be moved to PRD, it has a Go-live date, and so on.

• SuccessFactors Certification is required within RCM/ONB(2.0), Performance, Talent Management, and LMS

• Implemented/ supported SF Modules as Lead/support Consultant

• Hands-on experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the SF module.

• Knowledge of XML & MDF is required.

• Must have good knowledge of the integration points with the related modules.

• The Consultant must have extensive experience in configuring and custom development with excellent functional and technical skills

• Should be able to work with the business to understand their needs and coach/guide them on the appropriate solutions and explain the system limitation if applicable

• Experience identifying gaps in procedures, mapping requirements, and providing custom solutions

• Experience working with functional/technical consultants or teams to execute projects

• Ability to conduct testing, data migration, and data mapping of Business Objects content
