• SAP CERTIFIED APPLICATION ASSOCIATE - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS RECRUITING: CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE ADMIN

Job Description:

• At least 1 relevant SuccessFactors implementation in Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and On boarding.
• Experience in Mobile & RBP
• Have an extensive knowledge of requisition templates, application templates, candidate templates, talent pipeline, RCM-EC integration and Recruiting Groups/Roles.
• Should have experience in banking.
• Strong understanding of the Recruitment process
• Excellent interpersonal skills-Verbal, written communication and collaboration.

EDUCATION:

• B.Tech/B.E/Equivalent Bachelors degree
