Job Description:

• Design and develop ABAP programs for various SAP modules.

• Convert functional specifications into technical solutions for implementation and support.

• Provide technical support to IT business analysts within the SAP environment.

• Collaborate with the Shared Applications team on design, development, documentation, performance testing, and implementation of business solutions.

• Stay updated on advancing technologies and share new ideas for improvement.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP-related master data.

• Adhere to DFA development, governance, and project management standards.

• Respond quickly to debug, identify root causes, and resolve production defects.

• Work with functional leads to re-engineer business processes and map them to S/4 and FIORI functionality.

• Manage production incidents through proactive analysis and resolution to improve processes and systems.

• Interface with IT development staff and third-party software providers for technical matters.

• Participate in developing test scripts, and perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with performance testing and determine change impacts, support change management and user training.

• Continue professional development in development, project management, SAP, and other IT tools.

• Expand knowledge of the company's business and cross-train on business software applications, focusing on SAP S/4HANA ERP and FIORI.
