Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with Spring Boot experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing scalable backend systems and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

• You will be responsible for the development, design, and architecture of cutting-edge applications while ensuring code quality, performance, and security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Implement Microservices architecture to build scalable applications.

• Write efficient and reusable code with best practices in mind.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, as well as defects reported by QA or users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Optimize the performance of existing applications.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).

• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

• Strong knowledge of JPA/Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre SQL).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) will be a plus and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with unit testing and TDD (Test Driven Development).

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React is a plus.

• Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Understanding of security principles and best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
