Job Description:

PROJECT DETAILS:

• Support and Enhancement of BPC Embedded Planning application along with the underlying BW4 HANA objects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4 to 10 Years of full-time experience in Consulting and Technical roles pertaining to SAP BPC Embedded, SAP BW and ABAP.

• A minimum of 2 full cycle implementations and a track record of successfully implementing production of analytics projects in challenging environments.

• Capable of understanding business requirements functionally and create a technical implementation proposal.

• Experience in Media domain and its processes (e.g. Amortization) is nice to have.

BPC Backend Responsibilities:

• BPC script logic and BADI implementation: Responsible for creating and implementing BPC script logic and BADI implementations to meet specific business requirements. This will involve designing and developing custom business rules, calculations, and other logic.

• Strong ABAP experience with OOPS concepts: Need to have a strong understanding of ABAP programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS). Required to develop custom ABAP programs and BADI implementations to meet specific requirements.

• SAP BW modelling and integration with BPC: Responsible for designing and developing data models, Info Providers, and Data Sources within SAP BW. Also need to ensure that the BPC solution is integrated with SAP BW.

• Proficient in ABAP related to BW: Need to be proficient in ABAP programming related to SAP BW, including developing custom transformations, DTPs, and Process Chains. Also need to be familiar with SAP BW data modelling concepts, such as Info Objects, Info Areas, and ADSOs. BW/4 modelling experience is preferred.

• Strong FP&A functional knowledge/experience: Required to have strong functional knowledge and experience in Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A). Experience with media industry is preferred.
