Job Description:

• Overall 6-10 years of experience as HCM consultant in Oracle ERP product implementation

• Candidate should have minimum two end to end projects Implementation and Support Project Experience.

• Candidate should have experience in Payroll Process in Oracle Cloud environment.

• Should have excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing, map/gap analysis, configuration, conducting training, conducting user testing, conducting the transition to Production

• Candidate should have experience in Oracle HCM Functional modules: Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits Management, Performance Management, Goal Management, ESS, MSS

• Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes and the key integration touch points

• Candidate should have excellent Team Management, Communication and customer interaction skills

• Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
